“FluxNova Capital” is unrelated to the open-source software project called “Fluxnova” that is published under FINOS, the Fintech Open Source Foundation. The two share a word and nothing else: there is no common ownership, no partnership and no connection of any kind between that project and Defile B.V.

The KvK number is the registration number in the public trade register required by Article 3:15d(1)(c) of the Dutch Civil Code. The VAT identification number is given where the entity is registered for value added tax; if it is not, this line should be removed rather than left blank.
04 Responsible for the content of this site
- Responsible person
- Xiumin Li, CEO
- Address
- Postbus 69003, 1060 CA Amsterdam, Netherlands
This is the person accountable for the editorial content published here. Dutch law does not impose the separate named-editor duty that German media law does, but naming a responsible person is good practice for a firm publishing into more than one market, and it may be required if any German-law duty is found to apply — see section 07.
05 Activity, supervision and regulatory status
FluxNova Capital develops battery storage projects for existing energy assets and introduces them to capital partners. Despite the name, it does not manage or deploy investor capital, hold client funds, or replace legal, financial, technical or regulated investment advisers. The same boundary is stated on the home page and in the Terms of Use, and the three must stay consistent with one another.
- Regulatory status
- Defile B.V. holds no authorisation under the Wet op het financieel toezicht and does not provide regulated financial services. Its activity is battery storage project development (site assessment, battery sizing, project economics, commercial structuring and the coordination of suppliers and execution partners) together with origination and introductions to capital partners, as described on the home page: it does not manage or deploy investor capital, hold client funds, receive or transmit orders, or advise on financial instruments. If that activity changes, this position must be reassessed before the change takes effect.
- Supervisory authority
- Not stated, because no regulated status is claimed. If any authorisation is required or held, the responsible authority must be named here.
06 Dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, to which online traders dealing with consumers were formerly required to link, was discontinued on 20 July 2025, following the repeal of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. No ODR link is therefore given here, and a link to the retired platform should not be added.
This firm's counterparties are businesses, project owners, professional investors and family offices rather than consumers, so consumer alternative dispute resolution obligations are not expected to apply to it. Our position on consumer dispute resolution: we do not contract with consumers, so no consumer ADR body is designated. If a consumer relationship ever arises, a competent body must be designated and named here before that relationship begins.
Contractual disputes are otherwise governed by the law and forum set out in the Terms of Use.
07 Which disclosure regime applies
This imprint is drafted to the Dutch implementation of the EU E-Commerce Directive, on the basis that the entity is established in the Netherlands: the Netherlands. If the entity is ultimately established elsewhere, this page must be rewritten to that country's regime rather than translated — the equivalent local disclosure rules apply instead, and they differ in what they require.
A note on the German market. The firm's commercial focus includes German counterparties. Actively soliciting business in Germany can engage German requirements in addition to the Dutch ones — including the imprint duty under §5 of the Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz and, separately, German financial-services rules. Whether any of those are triggered here is a question of German law that this page does not attempt to answer. The firm publishes this Dutch imprint on the basis that it is established in the Netherlands and holds no German establishment. If its German activity ever develops into an establishment there, or into an activity requiring German authorisation, both the disclosure duty and the financial-services position must be re-examined under German law before that happens.
If a German duty is found to apply, the additional disclosures belong on this page in a clearly separated block, not in place of the Dutch ones.
08 Liability for content and for links
We prepare the content of this site with care, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or current. Under Articles 6:196c and following of the Dutch Civil Code, which implement Articles 12 to 15 of the E-Commerce Directive, a service provider is not obliged to monitor the information it transmits or stores, nor to seek out facts indicating unlawful activity. Any liability in respect of content is assumed only from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known to us, and we will remove such content promptly.
This site may link to websites operated by third parties, over whose content we have no control. Responsibility for the content of a linked site rests with its own operator. Linked pages were checked for apparent unlawful content when the link was made; a permanent review of every linked site is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement, and we will remove a link promptly if one comes to our attention. A link is not an endorsement — the position is set out more fully in the Terms of Use.
09 Copyright
The content, structure, text, graphics and design of this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Defile B.V. or to its licensors. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution or any other exploitation beyond the limits set by law requires our written consent. Downloading and copying this site for private, non-commercial use is permitted.
Where content on this site was not created by us, the rights of the relevant third party are respected and third-party material is identified as such. If you nonetheless become aware of an infringement, please tell us and we will remove the material promptly.
